Who is The National 999 Police and Sheriff Foundation?

The mission of the 999 is one of Good Will towards Law Enforcement. We help our Law Enforcement personnel and their families with financial aid and fundraising assistance when an officer is hurt on the job, overcoming the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Injuries, or seeking Ongoing Training Opportunities to become better Deputies and Officers.

ANDREW HOWITT

Executive Chairman

Andrew “Drew” Howitt, was born and raised in Michigan, where he attended Michigan State University, graduating with a B.A. in Communications. He has worked alongside law enforcement with his company NEP for over 20 years. As a result of his passion for supporting Law Enforcement, the 9-99 was born.

Stacey Yudin

Board Executive

Stacey Yudin, before leaving UCLA Department of Medicine to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams, she was a junior founding member of the Global Health Education Program (GHEP) at the DGSOM and was a part of the team that developed the Center for World Health at UCLA. Stacey is also the President of NEP.

JOHN ROGERS

Board Member

John Rogers attended University of Southern California and graduated with Bachelor of Science. Currently John is on the board of the Arthritis Foundation and is a former board member of Orange County Youth Sports Foundation. He is an ardent supporter of his local police department, and is an Eagle Scout.
